Mr Lancaster holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the University of New South Wales. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for overall group performance of CLP. Prior to assuming his role of CEO in September 2013, he was the Managing Director of CLP Power for three years, responsible for its electricity generation, transmission and distribution business and service to its customers in Hong Kong.
Mr Lancaster began his career with the Electricity Commission of New South Wales in Australia and has more than 30 years of experience in the power industry and in other industrial operations in Australia, the UK and Hong Kong. Mr Lancaster joined CLP in 1992 and has held a variety of managerial positions in CLP. His experience covers project management, power plant operations, commercial, finance, legal and corporate functions. Earlier in his career, he worked in the electricity supply industry in his home country Australia and later in an international brewing company in the UK.
Mr Lancaster is a Director of various subsidiary companies* and an affiliated company# of the CLP Group. Besides serving in various subsidiary companies and an affiliated company of the CLP Group as Director, Mr Lancaster is the Chairman of Business Environment Council and a founding member of the Advisory Council of The Australian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & Macau. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Management Association and a Council Member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and a member of its Climate and Energy Cluster Board. He is also Chairman of the Hong Kong Member Committee of the World Energy Council and a Board Member of UNSW Hong Kong Foundation.

Mr Peeters has been the Group Director & Chief Financial Officer since 1 April 2014. He was appointed Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of CLP Holdings with effect from 1 January 2016 with additional responsibility for Group business development oversight.
Mr Peeters has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining CLP, he was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of GDF SUEZ (now known as ENGIE) Group based in Paris. Mr Peeters was with GDF SUEZ from 1997 to 2013, gaining extensive experience in senior financial and operational roles in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North America. He also served as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of International Power plc, a GDF SUEZ subsidiary listed on the London Stock Exchange and part of the FTSE 100 index until July 2012. Mr Peeters also served on the boards of several other listed energy companies including E-CL (listed in Chile) and Glow Energy (listed in Thailand).
Before joining GDF SUEZ, Mr Peeters worked for KBC Bank in Brussels and New York and for Tractebel Energy Engineering at the Doel Nuclear Power Plant in Antwerp (Belgium). He has served as a Reserve Officer in the Belgian Air Force.
Mr Peeters is currently a member of the CNBC Global CFO Council and the International Integrated Reporting Council ("IIRC").
Mr Peeters, a Knight in the Order of King Leopold, has a master of science in electro mechanical engineering (hons. RUG Gent, Belgium), a postgraduate degree in business and IT administration (HEC Brussels, Belgium) and attended executive business training at INSEAD Paris, France. He is an International Certified Professional Accountant.

Mr Parkin joined CLP as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer in September 2015. He is responsible for the Group’s operations, engineering, construction and fuel procurement. He also leads CLP’s occupational health, safety, security and environment function.
Mr Parkin has over 30 years of engineering and business management experience across Europe, Russia, Asia and South America. Prior to joining CLP, Mr Parkin was the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Executive Officer of UK Coal and served on the executive board of power and gas giant E.ON UK for more than five years before being appointed as the Managing Director of New Build and Technology of E.ON.
Earlier in his career, Mr Parkin worked in the construction industry with a FTSE 100 company and worked on a number of major infrastructure projects worldwide, including the construction of the Hong Kong International Airport, the Channel Tunnel and Heathrow Terminal 5.

Mrs Yuen was appointed as the Vice Chairman of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited in 2010, with a primary focus on the strategic direction of the Group’s electricity business in Hong Kong and China. She is also responsible for CLP's investments in Guangdong Daya Bay and Yangjiang nuclear projects as well as further development of CLP's nuclear business on the Mainland.
A qualified accountant by training, Mrs Yuen began her career in public accounting in Canada and worked for ExxonMobil for 13 years before joining CLP in 1999. She was the Managing Director of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited between 2002 and 2009, with overall responsibility for the operations of the Hong Kong business. Mrs Yuen is also a Director of various subsidiary companies* and affiliated companies# of the CLP Group.

Mr Chiang is the Managing Director of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited and holds overall responsibility for the operations of the Hong Kong business, which includes a vertically integrated electricity utility serving 6 million people in Kowloon, the New Territories and Lantau Island.Mr Chiang holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Mr Chiang joined CLP Power Hong Kong as a Graduate Trainee in 1988. He has extensive experience in generation, transmission and distribution systems as well as regulatory strategy. He has held various posts in different areas including power system asset management, planning, design, operation and maintenance, power quality, and corporate and regulatory strategy. Mr Chiang was the Chief Operating Officer – CLP Power Hong Kong before taking up his current position in June 2017.

Mr Chan is responsible for CLP’s China business with projects encompassing a wide range of energy technologies from nuclear, coal-fired, hydro, wind and solar power.
Mr Chan holds an MSc degree in Electricity Industry Management and Technology from the University of Strathclyde, and a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He joined CLP Power Hong Kong in 1981. Since then he had held various management positions in different functional areas in electricity supply industry’s design, operations, maintenance, construction, commissioning, asset management, corporate strategy and planning and corporate development.
Mr Chan has been appointed as the Justice of the Peace by the HKSAR Government since 2012. He is currently a member of the Election Committee for the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the Mainland, Mr Chan is appointed as a member of the 11th and 12th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
Mr Chan is currently the Vice Chairman of China Committee of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, a council member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and an advisor of the Our Hong Kong Foundation. He is also a member of Hong Kong Advisory Council on AIDS, a member of both of the Mainland Business Advisory Committee and the Infrastructure Development Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
Mr Chan was conferred as an Honorary Fellow of the Energy Institute in UK in 2016, and was awarded Outstanding Alumnus of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2015. He has assumed the position of Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering of the Chinese University of Hong Kong since 2009. He is an Adjunct Professor of the Department of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering of the City University of Hong Kong since 2012, and serves as a member of the university’s Court since 2015.
Mr Chan previously served as the Convener of the Risk Communication Advisory Group of the Centre for Health Protection under the HKSAR Government's Department of Health between 2010 and 2016, a member of the Construction Industry Council between 2010 and 2016, a member of the Council for Sustainable Development between 2009 and 2015, a member of the Expert Advisory Panel on the Review of Daya Bay Contingency Plan between 2011 and 2012, a member of the Pan-Pearl River Delta Panel of the Central Policy Unit (CPU) between 2008 and 2010, a member of the Advisory Panel on the Review of Hong Kong’s Air Quality Objectives between 2007 and 2009, a member of Commission on Strategic Development between 2005 and 2007, and a part-time member of the CPU between 2002 and 2004.

MBA, aged 52 Managing Director – India
Mr Rajiv Mishra is responsible for running CLP's business in India. He joined the CLP Group in 2002 and has over 20 years’ of experience in the power industry, both in India and internationally, mostly involved in project financing, investment appraisal, finance and accounting and general management. Before assuming the role of Managing Director of CLP India Private Limited, Rajiv has held a variety of senior positions in the Power Industry viz. Deputy Managing Director/Chief Financial Officer of BLCP Power in Thailand, Finance Director of PowerGen India and Finance Director of LG Energy in Seoul, South Korea.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering (first class distinction) from BIT, Sindri and an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and is an Advanced Management Program Graduate from the Harvard Business School, Boston.
Rajiv has also served as the Chairman of Association of Power Producers (APP) and is the Co-Chairman for the CII National Committee on Power. Through these, he plays an active role in making representations on issues concerning companies in the Power Sector in India.

LLB, aged 56Managing Director - EnergyAustralia
Appointed as Managing Director of EnergyAustralia on 1 July 2014, Ms Catherine Tanna holds overall responsibility for the asset management and business development of CLP’s investments in Australia. EnergyAustralia is one of the country's leading retailers, providing gas and electricity to some 2.6 million customer accounts. It owns and operates a range of generation and storage facilities, including coal, gas and wind assets, in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
Ms Tanna is also a Director on the Boards of the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Business Council of Australia, and is a member of Chief Executive Women.
Ms Tanna joined BG Group in 2009 as Managing Director of QGC and Executive Vice President for Australia and China. She led the development of Queensland’s first LNG Project before being elevated to the position of Chairman, BG Australia in 2012, where she was accountable for key stakeholder relations in Australia, including federal and state stakeholders and various trade and industry bodies.
Prior to commencing with BG Group, Ms Tanna had a long career with Shell and BHP Billiton. At Shell, she was Executive Vice President of Shell Gas & Power with responsibility for Shell's LNG, gas transmission and power generation interests across Africa. She also held similar roles covering North Asia, Russia, North America and Latin America.
In the 1990s, she worked for BHP Petroleum in Melbourne and London.
She was formerly a Director on the Board of the 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation and served as a member of the Australian G20 business body (B20), the Lowy Institute's G20 Advisory Committee and the Catholic Foundation Board.
She studied at the University of Queensland and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree.

He has extensive infrastructure experience advising on strategic acquisitions and divestments, projects and construction, corporate structuring, regulatory issues and competition laws.As Chief Administrative Officer, Mr Simmonds is responsible for the Group’s property development and management activities, special projects of the CEO, and a range of commercial and administrative matters of significance to the Group.Mr Simmonds was appointed the Company Secretary of CLP Holdings on 1 January 2016 and he is responsible for the corporate secretarial affairs of CLP Holdings and its subsidiaries.Mr Simmonds joined the CLP Group in August 2007 as General Counsel and Company Secretary of EnergyAustralia (previously known as TRUenergy) and was appointed Director - Group Legal Affairs of CLP Holdings from 1 January 2009. He became the Group General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer on 30 September 2013. Ms Chong joined CLP Power Hong Kong on 1 September 2012 as Chief Corporate Development Officer and is a Director of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. She is also a director of Smart Charge (HK) Limited, an affiliated company of the CLP Group. At CLP Power Hong Kong, she leads the functions of customer and business development, public affairs and community relations. Her role helps drive customer service excellence and strengthen ties with customers and the community as a whole. She is also responsible for all public affairs and sustainability development matters of the CLP Group.
Ms Chong has over 30 years of experience in corporate communications and customer services after having held various senior management positions in the tourism, hotel and aviation industries. Before joining CLP, Ms Chong was Director Corporate Affairs of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and has worked at the Hong Kong Tourism Board (formerly the Hong Kong Tourist Association). Ms Chong is currently the Chairperson of the Hospital Governing Committee of Kwai Chung Hospital & Princess Margaret Hospital, a founding member of the Consultative Committee of the Nethersole School of Nursing of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, a Non-Official Member of the Correctional Services Department Complaints Appeal Board (CSDCAB), a member of The Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries and Conditions of Service and a member of Vocational Training Council.

Mr Massey has been in Hong Kong since 1996, and joined CLP Power Hong Kong Limited in 2000. He is responsible for all human resource related matters across the Group.
Prior to joining CLP, Mr Massey was a management consultant for 16 years, carrying out projects with clients such as the European Commission, British Aerospace, the BBC and Heinz Foods. In addition to his work in the UK, Mr Massey also worked on projects in Russia, Romania and the Middle East.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr Massey was a Human Resources Manager in both the UK and with a US multinational in Saudi Arabia.
Mr Massey holds an MBA degree from the Manchester Business School, and a degree in Law from Liverpool University.
