Penglai I Wind Farm, located in Shandong province, is CLP’s second wholly-owned wind power project in the Mainland, after Jilin Qian’an Wind Farm Project. The 48MW project was commissioned in 2012. The project comprises of 32 x 1.5MW units wind turbines from Goldwind.
