Cleansolar Renewable Energy Private Limited (Cleansolar), operator of a 30MW solar farm in the state of Telangana, was acquired in March 2020. A 25-year power purchase agreement with the local distribution company is in place.
CLP has a 50% indirect equity ownership in Cleansolar through Apraava Energy. CDPQ indirectly owns 50% through its equity stake in Apraava Energy.
