Harapanahalli Wind Farm is located in the Davanagere District in the state of Karnataka. Commissioning of the farm was achieved in February 2011. Power generated by the project is sold to Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

CLP has a 50% indirect equity ownership in CLP Wind Farms (India) Private Limited held through Apraava Energy. CDPQ indirectly owns the remaining 50% through its equity stake in Apraava Energy.
