Sandu Wind project is CLP's largest electricity project in Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Sandu I is the first wind farm with the installed capacity of 99MW for one single phase among the CLP fully-owned wind farm projects and in Guizhou Province. It commenced operation in July 2016.
