Lopburi Solar Plant is CLP's first utility-scale solar project and was completed within budget and on schedule. 55MW of plant achieved full operation in 2012. An 8MW expansion at an adjacent site was completed in 2013. CLP has provided management leadership and technical support for the development, construction and operation phases of the project, whose power is expected to cut carbon dioxide emission by approximately 1.5 million tonnes over its projected 25-year operation.
