Female Engineering Students (FES) Mentoring Programme
The CLP Mentoring programme for female engineering students is a unique programme fully sponsored by CLP that aims at providing more insights to female Engineering Students in HK universities, who are interested in pursuing a career in the power industry as an engineer.
Throughout the programme, students are supported by CLP Female engineer mentors to better understand the field of power generation, transmission, and distribution and plan their career in the engineering field after graduation. The programme contains different components including Briefing, Kick-off Ceremony, Business Unit Sharing Session, Company Visit, Mock Interview & Career Planning Workshop and Closing Ceremony.

Who should apply?
Female university undergraduates (priority to year 2 to 3 students).
Major in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Energy and Nuclear related engineering discipline.
Want to receive support and advice on personal and career development.
Want to learn about the industry and career development as a female engineer.
Want to find out about internship and employment opportunities from one of the largest electricity providers in APAC.
