Trainees receive exposure and hands-on experience in both conventional and renewable energies, CLP’s international businesses, advanced technology in operations and innovation areas, project management.  They acquire leadership and commercial skills through structured training modules, job rotations, stretch assignments and projects.  Trainees are supported to become a member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) under scheme A training to advance their professional qualifications.  Learning from mentors and working with peers and colleagues from different functions and backgrounds contributes to gaining new perspectives and preparing trainees to become a part of the CLP family.
