Mr Blumberg leads the digital function for CLP in Hong Kong, spanning data, AI, cybersecurity, and technology delivery and operations.  This also includes driving CLP's digital transformation agenda, including the delivery of its ERP programme and its transition into operations.  At Group level, he is responsible for setting the related policies, standards, and assurance framework, aligning technology with business strategy across CLP.

Mr Blumberg joined CLP in 2001 and has since held a series of senior leadership roles across the Group's technology function.  He also serves as a Director of Smart Charge (HK) Ltd., an affiliated company of the CLP Group.

Prior to joining CLP, Mr Blumberg served various Fortune 100 clients across the Asia-Pacific region as a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) based in Singapore.
