Mr Keisser is the CFO of CLP Holdings and is responsible for overseeing the Group's financial control and reporting, treasury, tax, corporate finance and investment, risk management, investor relations and internal audit.  He is also a Director of various subsidiary companies** of the CLP Group. 

Mr Keisser joined the CLP Group in September 2018 as a member of the Group Executive Committee.  Before his current role, he was the Chief Officer – International Business from October 2023 to March 2024 and led oversight of CLP Group's business interests in Australia and India as well as managed the development and implementation of strategic project.  Between September 2018 and September 2023, he was the Managing Director of CLPe, the CLP Business Unit providing energy and infrastructure solutions in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Mr Keisser has extensive global experience in the fields of general management, strategy, business development, finance and engineering.  He worked for ENGIE, a global energy utility, from 1994 to 2017 in respectively Europe, North America, Latin America and Australia prior to moving to Hong Kong. Before joining the CLP Group, Mr Keisser was CEO of ENGIE in Australia (owned by ENGIE and Mitsui).  Other senior roles held by Mr Keisser at ENGIE include CEO of EnerSur (a Peru listed company), CEO of ENGIE Chile and CFO of ENGIE Latin America.
