Mr Hofman is appointed as Senior Advisor to the CEO with effect from 1 August 2024.
Past Experience
Mr Hofman was the Chief Transformation Officer of CLP from 2021 to July 2024, with oversight responsibility of CLP’s ERP (enterprise resource planning) replacement programme and led an integrated program of transformation initiatives for CLP in the region. Mr Hofman had 20 years’ experience as a strategic consultant and executive driving large scale change in energy and utilities, manufacturing and retail. Before he joined CLP, Mr Hofman was the Managing Director and Partner of The Boston Consulting Group. Previously, he was a Consultant in A.T. Kearney (now known as Kearney), Crisis Manager, interim CFO in LG.Philips Displays and Advisor to Czech Vice-Prime Minister, Head of Strategy Unit.
