Major Responsibilities Held with the Group

Mr Hofman stands over CLP’s ERP (enterprise resource planning) replacement programme ensuring seeing that it delivers on time cost and quality objectives as well as maximising its impact on CLP business performance.  He also leads an integrated program of transformation initiatives for CLP in the region to enable growth, increase efficiency and build new capabilities supporting CLP competitiveness and underpinning its ability to execute energy transition objectives.

Past Experience

Mr Hofman had 20 years’ experience as a strategic consultant and executive driving large scale change in energy and utilities, manufacturing and retail.  Before he joined CLP, Mr Hofman was the Managing Director and Partner of The Boston Consulting Group.  Previously, he was a Consultant in A.T. Kearney (now known as Kearney), Crisis Manager, interim CFO in LG.Philips Displays and Advisor to Czech Vice-Prime Minister, Head of Strategy Unit.
